Emulex has announced the newly introduced Huawei MZ910 adapter, leveraging Emulex Engine™ (XE)201 I/O Controller technology, which is capable of both Fibre Channel and Ethernet-based connectivity. The Huawei MZ910 adapter delivers selectable 8Gb Fibre Channel (8GFC) and 10Gb Ethernet (10GbE)-based connectivity for the Huawei Tecal E9000 converged infrastructure blade servers.
