Node4 relaunches Partner Programme to enhance channel offering

Node4 has relaunched its Partner Programme for the channel. The enhanced programme is central to Node4’s plans to expand its channel business, providing greater incentivisation and support for existing and new partners. The improved Partner Programme will simplify Node4’s service offering and buying process for partners looking to provide flexible, high-quality solutions to customers and end-users.

The relaunch of the Partner Programme follows the appointment of Ian Millward as Head of Channel Sales in September and forms part of Node4’s strategy to significantly enhance its dedicated channel team. Node4’s investment in its own Data Centres and network gives partners a compelling portfolio of services to work with including Cloud, Colocation, Managed Services, Managed Networks, hosted VOIP and SIP Trunking. The updated Partner Programme is designed to make it even easier for partners to get maximum value from Node4’s portfolio.

The key addition to the programme will be a new Partner Portal. The Portal will provide partners with detailed information on Node4’s offering, simple pricing structures and direct contact with Node4’s highly skilled team. The new Portal will enable Node4 to offer even more efficient fulfilment on projects.

Ian Millward commented: “The development of a more sophisticated Partner Programme demonstrates our long term commitment to our channel partners. We think there are a lot of organisations that are currently poorly served by vendors with confusing technology offerings, complicated delivery or rigid commoditised solutions. We don’t just want to be another supplier.

“We truly believe everyone wins when vendors and channel partners work hand in hand as real business partners to properly serve the customers they supply. All of the new services and support in the relaunched programme has been designed to make us easy to do business with and to reward our partners for their volume, loyalty and self sufficiency.”
