Novell receives PinkVERIFYcertification for Novell Service Desk

Novell to demo Service Desk with its new ITIL certification at Pink Elephant 2014.

Pink Elephant, the world leader for ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting, has granted Novell Service Desk PinkVERIFY certification – the IT service management stamp of approval that further validates Novell’s credibility in IT service management. PinkVERIFY is an internationally recognised IT Service Management (ITSM) tool suite assessment service, which objectively assesses a software tool’s applications against ITIL terminology, definitions, functionality and workflow requirements for ITSM processes.


Novell Service Desk 7.0.2 was by assessed Pink Elephant’s experts for ITIL terminology, definitions, functionality, integration and workflow requirements for the following 10 ITIL processes:
