This time the partner is digital transaction management developer, Docusign, which brings the ability to shorten contract cycles and cut the all-important time-to-cash

Netsuite is suddenly on roll with new partnerships, with the latest addition to the roster being DocuSign, which is bringing Digital Transaction Management (DTM) to the growing Netsuite party.

Developed using Netsuite’s SuiteApp development environment,  DTM provides an integrated solution with NetSuite that is designed to help organisations accelerate transactions so they can achieve significant RoI, as well as enhance security and compliance. NetSuite already uses DocuSign’s DTM platform internally to streamline sales and ensure regulatory compliance.

DocuSign enables NetSuite users to send contracts and other documents for signature directly from within NetSuite. Customers receive a link in email to sign their agreement, and can securely DocuSign in seconds—anytime, anywhere, on any device. Senders can track envelope status from the DocuSign window within NetSuite, which gives them full visibility and control.

Once DocuSigned, documents are automatically brought into NetSuite as PDFs and attached to the relevant record.

The DocuSign SuiteApp, which is built on the NetSuite SuiteCloud Computing Platform, has achieved `Built for NetSuite’ verification. This is a program for NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partners that provides them with information, resources, and a method to verify that their applications and integrations meet the latest NetSuite standards and best practices.

The ‘Built for NetSuite’ program is designed to give NetSuite customers additional confidence that SuiteApps have been built to meet these standards.

“NetSuite’s partnership with DocuSign is rooted in our own experience using DocuSign’s Digital Transaction Management platform to automate and streamline processes to accelerate our speed to results,” said Zach Nelson, NetSuite CEO. “Our sales team achieved a 61 percent increase in productivity and improved document turnaround time by 77 percent  by DocuSigning to reduce sales contract processing. With a seamless integration with NetSuite, DocuSign is the global standard and the kind of opportunity we must bring to our own customers.”

NetSuite replaced its existing eSignature solution with DocuSign’s DTM platform for improved reliability and availability on a trusted and secure platform. With its switch to DocuSign, NetSuite’s sales team is generating more than $1,500 in incremental revenue per sales contract simply by closing deals when they need to.

DocuSign has helped NetSuite deliver Immediate ROI by offering the highest availability when needed, such as at the end of the quarter when minutes can mean millions. It is also used to provide enhanced compliance and security with a legally-binding audit trail,  and an improved customer experience, where ease of use has enabled customers, partners, suppliers, and employees to conveniently sign deals anytime, anywhere, on any device.

DocuSign’s DTM platform can be used to accelerate transaction times and increase speed to results across nearly every industry – from financial services, insurance, technology, healthcare, government, manufacturing, communications, real estate, retail, and consumer goods to higher education, non-profits and others. It can also be applied across most business departments, including sales, marketing, finance, procurement, HR/staffing, legal, operations, and customer support.
