LDeX Group adds TeleData UK to its growing customer base

LDeX Group continues to expand customer base with the addition of TeleData.

LDeX Group has announced the addition of TeleData UK, an independent datacentre operator based in Manchester, to its growing customer base having signed a three year contract with the company for London based colocation, IP transit and network connectivity services at the group’s LDeX1 data centre facility.

Providing colocation and disaster recovery workspace solutions to customers operating in multiple verticals including the financial services sector from its 70,000 sq. ft. Delta House data centre facility, TeleData will benefit from faster and scalable IP transit and network services over diverse dark fibre between LDeX1 in London and the Manchester based facility ensuring ultra-low latency connectivity for its customers in both cities.

Commenting on the news, LDeX Group CEO said: ‘‘We are delighted that TeleData has chosen LDeX as a trusted colocation and network services provider in order to expand its point of presence both in London and the UK. This move will offer TeleData customers the flexibility of having additional data centre space in London from the company’s six rack cage situated in our 22,000 sq. ft LDeX1 facility supplemented with superior connectivity services between both cities.’’

Matt Edgley, Sales Director at TeleData added: “As a data centre operator in Manchester, it’s key for us to form strong strategic partnerships with providers elsewhere in the UK to satisfy certain client requirements. We demand that TeleData partners demonstrate a commitment to quality and operational excellence that mirrors our own. The high level of technical resilience that we offer at our own site also has to be matched which certainly narrows the field. LDeX proved to be a supplier meeting these high standards and we look forward to working together with this new deployment and our expansion into the Capital.”
