NGD identified by multinational security and forensics provider

Turrem Data selects NGD’s data centre as secure Pan-European hub for hosting cyber security product offerings.

Next Generation Data (NGD) has announced that Turrem Data, the Surrey-based value added data security solutions distributor, has signed as a Channel Partner and will be taking colocation space at its NGD Europe tier 3 mega data centre.

Turrem Data will offer systems integrators and large multinationals NGD’s high security ISO27001 accredited colocation data centre facilities as a Pan-European hub for hosting, storing and remote monitoring of world-class digital security and data forensics solutions. Local systems design, implementation and further customer support services are being provided through Turrem Data’s Pan-European network of security specialist resellers.

Turrem Data has recently been appointed as the exclusive Pan-European distributor for US-based AccessData Group, one of the world's most progressive cyber forensics IT systems providers. With 130,000 users worldwide, the company has pioneered digital investigations and litigation support for more than twenty years and is the maker of the industry-standard computer forensics technology, FTK, as well as the leading legal review technology, Summation.

“We offer a concentrated portfolio of best-in-class data security solutions to organisations demanding the highest levels of security and service,” said Chris Morris, managing director and founder of Turrem Data. “With NGD behind us we are able to assure customers that our solutions and their data are fully backed by one of the most physically robust, reliable and cost-effective data centre infrastructures on the planet.

“We feel it’s important that clients’ digital and physical security solutions should match each other strategically which is why NGD ticked all the right boxes for Turrem. We are very much looking forward to introducing the NGD offering to our network of Western European resellers and system integrators.”

Simon Taylor, NGD’s chairman and co-founder, said: “Turrem Data’s decision to entrust NGD for securely hosting and storing valuable customer data is yet another example of how leading IT service providers and their customers are recognising that having the tightest possible physical security is inextricably linked to the overall quality of their data and cyber security solutions. In partnership with Turrem we are able to offer a highly affordable blue chip solution.”
