Business leaders are continuously looking for innovative ways to get visibility of the performance of their projects. Kivue, a partner of project delivery consultancy Pro4 Solutions, has selected Adapt to deliver its core business intelligence platform ‘Perform’ to help C-Level executives gain better insight into every corner of their business and their portfolio of projects/ programmes.

Designed by the programme management delivery experts at Kivue, demand for Perform has grown rapidly since its launch in 2013 and the team needed a technology partner to help support its growing operations. Kivue’s infrastructure needs to seamlessly scale at a moment’s notice to meet customer demand as the onboarding process is so rapid. However, as Kivue were receiving very little support from its existing managed services provider, the company sought a new partner that could understand its business needs and desired outcomes, translating them into technical specifications.

Kivue turned to Adapt because of its reputation for going the extra mile in understanding the operations and challenges of its customers. The new multi-tenant private cloud environment was created by Adapt to meet Kivue’s need for fast, scalable and resilient infrastructure. Kivue now benefits from the optimum balance of performance and flexibility to ensure its habitat can keep up with growing customer demand.

Adapt’s modular approach to scalability allows for fast and resilient growth. Therefore Kivue only pays for the capacity it uses – crucial to any new business with a constantly evolving customer base.

Adapt also provides Kivue with a solution to host its business-critical demo facilities on its website. The demo allows prospective customers to see Kivue in action and trial it for a month – from the intuitive and clear visualisation of critical business information to the solution’s ease of use. It is therefore critical in propelling Kivue forward in the market.

Rupert Taylor, Managing Director at Kivue explained: “We want to be able to deliver a fast and effective product to our customers. However, this is dependent on having a reliable and scalable infrastructure supporting us. Our contract with our existing provider was not delivering the right level of service and support. Adapt has engaged with us to provide a new and exciting solution that will sustain our current and future business growth.”

“Adapt has aligned itself with Kivue’s business model” said Scotty Morgan, Sales & Marketing Director at Adapt. “We have taken the time to understand how Perform works and what its customers need. This way we can protect its mission-critical operations, whilst delivering optimum performance. The resilient and scalable solution underpinning Perform will continue to support its growth and ensure the business runs efficiently – no matter how successful it becomes.”
