The event is geared towards data centre consultants, experts, designers and managers as well as other IT decision makers
The Data Centre Network Day is built around the theme Speed & Reliability. R&M will be showcasing the world’s first public demonstration of a real-traffic 100GBASE-SR4 link with 100m reach.
The event will feature presentations and solution demonstrations by R&M, Virtual Instruments, Xena Networks/Phoenix Datacom and the University of Warwick. R&M’s presentation ‘How Total Network Visibility and Next Generation 100G Ethernet will help you thrive in the changing landscape’ will explain how to monitor all network traffic around the clock and automatically manage your infrastructure on a single platform Virtual Instruments will explain how customers came to report a 40% reduction in system wide infrastructure cost and guarantee application performance to the business. The University of Warwick will share what they have learned from their full-scale cable management deployment.
Attendees can expect to gain insights into the latest Data Centre network technology developments and how these can speed up their IT, make the data centre more reliable by reducing infrastructure deployment times, minimize unplanned outages and optimize infrastructure performance management.
The Data Centre Network Days are a globally organised series of expert events, demonstrating how the industry can unlock the business benefits associated with visionary data centre solutions.
