Actifio has introduced a new online instructor-led training course for customers. Starting today, customers can register for the new Actifio University live course, which delivers detailed operational training in a convenient, yet comprehensive format.

The “System Operations, Configuration and Administration” course provides students with practical skills for managing an Actifio solution via live instruction, product demonstrations, interactive Q&A, and extensive hands-on lab exercises with dedicated Actifio appliances. The course is delivered as five half-day sessions in a single week. This convenient format lets busy IT staff get the intensive training that they need to better manage and protect their organisation’s data, and also keep up with critical operational activities.

The first two sessions will be held on March 14-18 and May 16-20. Additional dates and times will be planned based on demand. Actifio users can get more information and register for this course here, and can learn more about Actifio University’s offerings on Actifio’s website.

“Actifio is investing heavily in the success of our customers, and proper education and access to best-practices knowledge is a critical part of operational success,” said Ratan (RK) Tipirneni, Senior Vice President of Global Services and Customer Success at Actifio. “This offering combines the best of our experience with face-to-face education, the accessibility of a browser, and critical hands-on time with the real product, to strengthen our users’ skills.”
