Berkshire Partners to acquire Masergy

Berkshire Partners LLC, a Boston-based investment firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in Masergy Communications, Inc. (“Masergy”). Masergy is a leading global service provider offering innovative hybrid networking, managed security and cloud communications solutions to medium and large enterprise customers.
