On-demand energy optimisation

Nlyte Software has released Nlyte Energy Optimizer (NEO) and Nlyte Platinum On-Demand editions. The new versions join the company’s family of Nlyte Enterprise On-Demand offerings and are currently available either as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or on premise.

Nlyte established the DCIM SaaS market back in 2014, when the company offered a SaaS version of its flagship DCIM platform – providing customers with unmatched deployment flexibility for on premise or cloud-based installations. In 2016, the company expanded its offerings with new, advanced capabilities with Nlyte Energy Optimizer and Nlyte Platinum Editions for customers’ use on premise.

Today, Nlyte Energy Optimizer On-Demand brings all the real-time power and thermal management, data center monitoring, threshold alarming, branch circuit monitoring, virtual PDU’s as well as all the additional robust functionality found in NEO, delivered in a cloud-based format.

In addition, Nlyte Platinum Edition On-Demand encapsulates the robust functionality of both Nlyte Energy Optimizer and Nlyte Enterprise Editions, to offer a complete SaaS solution to streamline all processes performed within a data center or colocation environment across the entire “dock to decomm” asset lifecycle.

“Nlyte was the pioneer in delivering DCIM as a service and we continue our innovation to better match the changing needs of data center managers,” said Nlyte’s Niraj Desai, VP Worldwide Field Operations. “The announcement of our new Nlyte editions in either on premise or SaaS-based options, underscores our continued customer commitment to support their varying deployment preferences, and also provides flexible payment options. Nlyte offers the most robust and flexible DCIM solution in the industry and has built its business with a customer centric model that offers maximum flexibility to our customers – the improvements we are announcing today further raise the bar on this commitment to our customers.”
