Lenovo launches Partner Engage Program

Enhanced channel program offers Lenovo partners more opportunities to grow and reap rewards with a series of unique partner privileges.

Lenovo has introduced a global business partner program designed to reward loyalty and success. The new Lenovo Partner Engage Program provides one global tiered structure that makes it easier to do business across multiple markets, for both new and existing resellers across EMEA and worldwide. Authorized, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels feature a simplified qualification framework and provide greater opportunities to grow revenue. Each level provides access to sales and technical training, marketing tools and service and support.

Based on partner feedback, Lenovo has simplified the schemes by removing targets, clip levels and reducing complexity of the incentives whilst at the same time improving the tools and access to rewards. The common global framework delivers consistency and greater business predictability and profitability, offering dedicated incentives for the PC and Data Center businesses that reward growth and focus.

To deliver this, Lenovo has built upon its existing channel program and enhanced it, offering one overarching framework, but tailored to specific partner specialisms, with dedicated PC and Data Center programs within. Partners can choose to qualify for one or both programs and be tiered at different levels in each. The programs provide partners with specialised support (and certification where appropriate) in each area, together with receiving tailored rewards dependent upon their focus and tiering.

Simple and transparent, the Lenovo Partner Engage Program delivers new, attractive incentives such as rebates, development funds and easy access to personalized business resources through an easy-to-use, dedicated partner portal. The portal will also provide access to sales, product, marketing and training functionality, together with live chat support for partners.

“Our industry is more dynamic than ever. Customer requirements have become more complex, with the desire for a more agile workplace and easy scalability. The importance of a powerful business partner and vendor relationship is crucial in providing compelling end-to-end solutions and exceeding customers’ expectations”, said Marco Andresen, EMEA Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Channel. “Lenovo’s commitment to create opportunities and work with, rather than competing with its partners has been the foundation of our joint success. Our enhanced channel program will allow partners to fuel growth while supporting the specialist needs of the PC and Data Center markets”.
