XTN establishes North American HQ

Key U.S. locations provides sales and operations hub for growing European software company.

XTN Inc., provider of advanced security and anti-fraud solutions based in Italy, has established a presence in North America with registered office in New York and company headquarters in Chicago. Headquarters will be staffed by key U.S. sales and operations personnel, with planned expansion over the next 12 months as the company seeks to become a major provider of advanced security and anti-fraud solutions in the North America region.

XTN Inc. has appointed Jason Lundy to head up the North American operations, based out of the new Chicago location as Business Unit Director for the Americas. He will drive XTN Group’s North American strategy, with responsibility for business development and operations, managing XTN’s North American clients and channel partners, and the on-going development of new hires.

“Since the foundation of XTN, we have continuously invested in creating and developing new advanced security and anti-fraud solutions that enable businesses to protect their digital users,” said Davide Fania, President of XTN. “Opening the Chicago office is a key milestone for our company, giving us a central hub to effectively serve our North American customers while providing the base for our sales efforts in the country. We are delighted to have Jason join the XTN team to spearhead the entry into the region and look forward to leveraging his experience in growing the business in the most strategically important territory for a growing software company.”  

Lundy brings XTN a strong track record in the software industry with a proven high octane approach to global sales. Jason has led tech startups through PE funding & debt restructuring, with over 30 years of experience in the cybersecurity, CRM, BPM, luxury automotive, and high-tech construction industries.
