LogRhythm has selected Distology, a niche value-added distributor (VAD) specialising in IT security in the EMEA region, as its VAD for the UK and Ireland. Distology adds LogRhythm’s NextGen Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) to its suite of IT security solutions and offers its partners new opportunities to monetise SOC solutions.

The exclusive distribution deal enables more reseller partners in the UK and Ireland to offer cybersecurity solutions with a Software as a Service (SaaS) based model that makes IT security efficient and scalable. Organisations that deploy LogRhythm’s SIEM platform can rapidly detect, respond and neutralise cyber threats by aligning technologies, teams and processes. Users gain efficient and secure data access, streamlined workflows, a unified user experience, as well as the ability to customise how they manage their IT environments.

“We’re excited to be working with Distology as our exclusive distribution partner in the UK and Ireland. Together, we are serving growing demand for SaaS-based cybersecurity solutions and enabling new and existing partners to take advantage of  IT security models in new ways,” said Kev Eley, VP Sales Europe at LogRhythm. “Our NextGen SIEM platform provides a foundation for digital transformation and innovation in cloud-based applications. It is an ideal fit with Distology’s solutions set and we look forward to growing together across the UK and Ireland.”

Headquartered in Greater Manchester, Distology is an IT security distributor, representing best-of-breed vendors and supporting an extensive network of IT resellers across the EMEA region. Its suite of IT security solutions enables its partners to serve more of their customers’ needs and monetise the growing opportunity in protecting and securing IT environments.

“SIEM platforms are very relevant but, LogRhythm has so much more to offer and this is why we are excited to be an intrinsic part of their growth journey. As their value added distributior, we will be enabling our partners to provide a world leading, truly disruptive technology with expert support” said Hayley Roberts, founder and CEO at Distology. “LogRhythm already has a committed partner approach and Distology will be looking to enhance this further and provide additional services to add weight to LogRyhthms developing products”
