Hawley joins following almost a decade with Practice Evolve, an innovative legal practice management software provider, which has given him an unrivalled insight into the digital transformation needs of law firms.

Quiss Managing Director Clive Taylor commented: “It is rare to find an individual with Andy’s experience of the technology environment in the UK legal sector and once we’d met, it was clear he was a great fit for the team here at Quiss.

“Andy has extensive experience at a very senior level and is highly regarded in the UK legal sector for his results-focussed approach, with nothing ever too much trouble for him if it helps achieve the client’s commercial objectives.

“There has been a lot of turmoil in the UK legal sector in recent years and many firms now recognise the need to leverage technology solutions to remain competitive. Andy will help us identify and engage with these prospects, to deliver the growth projected in our strategic plan.

“He has an eye for detail and is commercially astute. This is a great combination when working with law firms and their consultants, who recognise the need for a managed service provider to not only understand the technology needs of law firms, but to offer much more.”

Business Development Manager – Professional Services at Quiss Andy Hawley said of his appointment: “I’ve been working in the UK legal sector, focussed on the digital transformation space, for more years than I care to remember, but Quiss has a fresh, innovative approach that attracted my attention.

“I’ve known the business for many years and watched their growth with interest. The opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading IT managed service providers, with a great reputation in the UK legal sector was one too good to pass up.

“It is a solid, privately-owned business, which in itself is rare in the sector these days, but when you also take into consideration its deep domain knowledge and relationship driven approach to satisfying clients’ needs, it was an easy decision to join.”

Taylor concludes: “It is gratifying when talented individuals like Andy choose to join our business. It demonstrates we have not only developed a keen reputation for our work, but those close to the legal sector and its digital transformation needs, recognise what Quiss has to offer.

“This is a highly competitive sector and we are dealing with increasingly tech-savvy law firms, supported by dedicated transformation consultants. It is critical to our success that our ability to deliver technology and so much more, is conveyed in the conversations we have with prospects and clients alike.”
