Scality updates Partner Programme to focus on training and growth areas

Scality has refreshed its global Partner Programme, emphasising partner enablement, certification, and alignment with cyber resilience, data sovereignty, and AI infrastructure.

Scality has introduced a revised Partner Programme aimed at supporting resellers and distributors globally. The programme moves away from a purely transactional reward model and instead places greater emphasis on partner expertise, pipeline development, and engagement in areas such as cyber resilience, digital sovereignty, and AI infrastructure.

The enterprise data infrastructure market continues to evolve, influenced by demand for AI-ready systems, increased focus on cyber resilience, and requirements for sovereign data control. The programme is aligned with these trends, enabling partners to develop capabilities in these growth areas.

The updated Partner Programme is designed to support longer-term partner development alongside commercial performance. Partners are offered competitive margins, alongside investment in enablement and ongoing capability building.

Partners also gain access to Scality University, which provides sales and technical training through structured certification paths. These cover ARTESCA, RING, and ADI, supporting progression from entry-level sales roles through to advanced technical deployment skills.

Key programme changes include:

  • Authorised Tier: Provides an entry point for new partners with a defined progression structure.
  • Progressive Discounts: Incentivises completion of certifications and skills development, with improved commercial terms as partners progress.
  • Enhanced Margins: Available across programme tiers to support partner profitability.
  • Deal Protection: Simplified opportunity registration with extended support for approved deals.

Training pathways include certifications such as Scality Certified Architect and Sales Certified programmes, aimed at building both sales and technical capability across partner organisations.

Scality software-defined platform is designed to allow flexibility in underlying hardware choices, supporting a range of deployment environments and use cases.

The programme is structured around three strategic areas:

  • Cyber Resilience: Based on resilient storage capabilities using the CORE5 architecture.
  • Sovereignty: Supporting software-defined deployments suitable for regulated and compliance-driven environments.
  • AI Infrastructure: Providing support for AI-related data workloads through the ADI solution.

Overall, the programme is intended to support partner development through technical training, market engagement, and customer relationship building, with a focus on long-term participation in enterprise storage and data infrastructure markets.
