Rackspace has named Louis M. Alterman as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective June 27. Alterman is responsible for driving Rackspace’s financial and investment strategies to accelerate growth and profitability. He will report to Joe Eazor, Rackspace’s newly appointed CEO.
