Datum sets the ground for further expansion with two new Sales & Marketing appointments

Datum has appointed Neil Baldwin as their new Account Director and Lexie Gower as their Marketing Manager for the company’s leading edge 1,000 rack capacity datacentre. Neil will play a key role in developing Datum’s Client base and partner relationships, bringing over 20 years of international experience in IT and Telecoms. With a career that includes Cisco Systems and SAP, Lexie brings a depth of experience in technology marketing to strengthen Datum’s brand and broaden awareness of its business-class datacentre services.

Neil has a proven record in the datacentre industry, building insightful Client relationships and connecting requirements with solutions that deliver business advantage. Before joining Datum, Neil was an Account Executive at Equinix and prior to that with Scottish & Southern Energy, where he developed the datacentre strategy for their telecoms business and closed their largest ever deal with an Enterprise client.


Neil and Lexie join an extensively experienced team at Datum who are responsible for proactively looking after clients’ whose IT infrastructure and cloud strategies include requirements for business-critical datacentre colocation. “I am looking forward to contributing to Datum’s success and rapid growth. Located on the high security Cody Technology Park in Farnborough, Datum, is part of a £40 million IT services group business with always-on availability, robust security and comprehensive service management.
