Verizon Cloud provides scalability to support THECALLR’s global expansion

THECALLR, which specializes in cloud-based voice marketing services, has chosen Verizon’s enterprise cloud to support the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Verizon’s cloud solution offers the security, flexibility and scalability THECALLR needs to expand its business around the globe. Based in Paris and New York, THECALLR’s call-tracking and marketing-automation services are targeted at companies that use voice services as a channel to market, for example those in the banking, retail and debt recovery sectors. THECALLR had historically co-located its IT infrastructure at third-party data centers in Paris. However, given the company’s rapid growth, this model was proving inflexible, as well as costly and complex to maintain. THECALLR therefore decided to take a new approach. Already a Verizon customer for networking services to support the company’s call-routing solutions, THECALLR looked to Verizon private enterprise cloud as the platform for the future growth it required.

“As a cloud services company we truly believe in the power and potential it can offer for our business,” commented Taoufik Zagdoud, CEO and co-founder of THECALLR. “Verizon’s solution gave us exactly what we were looking for – speed and ease in setup, no onsite hardware to order or install, easily scalable capacity, and a trusted and expert team. As we expand across the world, we expect at least 70 percent of our services to be hosted in the cloud – and only Verizon’s cloud offered the geographic scope we felt we needed. With Verizon managing our cloud, we are free to focus on developing our business.”

Karine Calvet, area vice president of Verizon France, said: “For THECALLR to be able to successfully expand its global footprint, it needs the ability to increase or decrease infrastructure capacity at will. Verizon’s enterprise cloud is a great business option, as it offers tremendous flexibility in a secure environment.”
