Outsourcery joins Microsoft’s Cloud OS Network

Outsourcery plc has joined Microsoft Corporation’s (‘Microsoft’) Cloud OS Network.

The network is a highly selective worldwide consortium of 25 cloud service providers committed to building solutions on the Microsoft Cloud Platform, which includes Windows Server 2012 R2 with Hyper-V, Microsoft System Center 2012 R2, and Windows Azure Pack.

Membership of the Cloud OS Network brings significant advantages in handling local market requirements, technical and performance improvements to services and cost savings – with the ability to pass these benefits on to Outsourcery’s partners and customers to gain significant service differentiation.

This deeper relationship signals Outsourcery’s long-term commitment to the Microsoft Cloud Platform and the Group’s strength in the UK market. It also builds on the partnership announced in November 2013, when Outsourcery became a National Cloud partner for Microsoft, leading the UK initiative to accelerate the offering of IL3 compliant cloud services for the UK public sector.

Outsourcery has a long-standing relationship with Microsoft, offering the broadest range of cloud-based solutions, to businesses and governments. These solutions include Microsoft Lync, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Exchange and managed and unmanaged servers — all delivered via Outsourcery’s O-Cloud platform.

This enables integration with a customer’s existing on-premise IT systems for a hybrid solution and a cloud migration process at a pace that suits them.
