Arrow adds SoftLayer services

Broadens its cloud portfolio and IBM relationship in North America and EMEA.

Arrow Electronics, Inc. has announced the continued global expansion of its cloud services portfolio with the addition of solutions from SoftLayer, an IBM Company. Through a new reseller agreement,Arrow will distribute SoftLayer cloud services in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.


Softlayer offers unique benefits to customers seeking a high-performance infrastructure cloud service, including bare metal and virtual servers in one platform and with a seamless global network for exceptional performance, flexibility and control.

The modular ArrowSphere platform provides automated provisioning and consolidated billing for cloud services from leading service providers, facilitating transactions with more than 500 customers every day. In addition to ArrowSphere, Arrow enables the transformation of the channel to the cloud through workshops, business transformation roadmaps and tools to build and scale cloud practices.
