Qsan is 1st Easy first choice

Qsan Technology, Inc. has been picked by cloud hosting expert 1st Easy as favourite to provide the hardware for its cloud computing platforms. 1st Easy, which provides VMware cloud hosting services, chose the Qsan P600Q-D424 arrays in place of its legacy systems because of the solution’s high resilience and excellent cost effectiveness. There are currently three Qsan arrays in situ, providing dual cloud platforms across two commercially independent data centres, providing technical and commercial hardiness to all cloud platforms.

“Our customers typically provide data as a service to their clients; it’s imperative that we have a high reliability platform for data storage and have backup spares in place so that any issues can be resolved quickly and easily,” said Stephen Bell, co-founder and managing director of 1st Easy. “The excellent performance and competitive TCO of the Qsan arrays has allowed us to compete more effectively in the IaaS market since their installation, and our existing and new customers are very satisfied with our service.”

Simon Atkinson, UK and Ireland channel manager at Qsan, added “Implementing our arrays has meant a steady increase in business for 1st Easy and the scalability of our products means that future growth will be well handled. Our 24/7 support system ensures excellent customer relations and means that 1st Easy can continue doing what they do best; providing great service to their customers.”
