Tagadab Launches Innovative Cloud Hosting Platform

Tagadab Cloud puts customer service to the fore.

Tagadab launches Tagadab Cloud, a new cloud hosting service that delivers scalability, speed and reliability combined with industry-leading customer service.

Uniquely, Tagadab operates a ‘no sales guys, just techies’ rule, enabling it to deliver custom-built hosting services like Tagadab Cloud that are backed by specialist technical support. The company has a team of UK-based technical experts who share their knowledge and experience with customers via phone and email.

Built from the ground up, Tagadab partnered with leading provider of all-flash storage systems, SolidFire, to develop Tagadab Cloud. The technology is engineered to provide the best, most reliable performance. With a totally separate storage layer and built entirely on SSD, customers can rely on guaranteed Quality of Service, with consistent application performance regardless of system condition or application activity.

Steve Rawlinson, Managing Director of Tagadab, said: “Tagadab has custom-built a cloud platform that will be a true game changer for our clients. With storage hosted separately, we are offering a new architecture that offers reliability, greater speed and guaranteed performance. The partnership with SolidFire has enabled us to put quality first –in terms of both the technical and customer service that we offer. With Tagadab Cloud we are meeting today’s customer demand for high resilience backed by UK-based technical support.”

Tagadab Cloud is designed to enable easy and quick access to cloud hosting. Unlike most cloud service providers, users are encouraged to set up a guest account with no obligation to submit payment details. The user interface is simple to navigate and hassle free, aimed at delivering a cloud hosting service that can be scaled up or down depending on requirements. Prices start from £7.50/month.

“When we first met with Tagadab it was crystal clear that the ability to automate the entire storage array, while simultaneously delivering guaranteed levels of performance, was a mandatory requirement of the new Tagadab Cloud,” said SolidFire’s International Technical Director, Martin Cooper. SolidFire’s Vice President of International, Tim Pitcher, added, “The leadership team at SolidFire values our partnership with Tagadab and the Claranet family of companies that are responding to market demands for application performance at scale while driving the transformation of the European Service Provider market.”
