Tieto has delivered capacity services and platform solutions to VCRS since 2007. The new contract extends the cooperation by including cloud services with Tieto Cloud Server together with transformation, implementation and roll out of services

The transformation to cloud supports VCRS's target to continue modernization of IT operations and improve efficiency. The new solution offers a cost efficient platform supporting the company's future growth in the global car dealer business and brings better information to a larger market.

- Tieto has extensive experience and knowledge of IT operations and a good understanding of our needs. The new cloud solution is well aligned with our requirements. The importance of flexible and cost efficient IT supporting our growing car dealer business is increasingly essential, says Annika Mohammadi-Kho'i at Volvo Car Retail Solutions.

- We are very proud to get renewed confidence from VCRS and support the company's growth. The transformation to cloud services is an increasingly important part of companies' digitalization journey and in creating a more efficient and innovative business. The extended cooperation confirms our role as a long term partner to our customers in the ongoing change, says Per H?kansson at Tieto.
