MSS Europe is a C-suite event that aims to explore the latest trends and developments in managed services market over the last year, and how they have influenced customer requirements and the ability to create value through managed services for organisations and their end-users.

Like previous years, there is an overall theme set for the conference. This year’s theme focuses on providing delegates with valuable insight to differentiate their businesses in today's market, and MSP's response to the new requirements of the IT managed services sector post-Covid. Specific areas addressed will include:

· Analyse trends in buyer behaviour

· Show how digitalisation and business transformation are key opportunity areas

· Explain how Security, compliance and zero trust architecture (ZTA) are more vital now than ever before

· Show how advances in AI and automation will stretch the MSP's capabilities

· Debate how the last two years of home working have changed work patterns forever and how MSPs need to respond

· Discuss how the MSP needs to change its approach to training and recruitment in light of the growing skills gap

MSS Europe features conference session presentations by specialists in the sector, including an engaging keynote session delivered by Rik Vera, a renowned thought-leader, keynote speaker, advisor and workshop facilitator on the topics of customer-centricity, ecosystems, change management, sales & marketing.

Throughout the day there will be a unique blend of presentations, panel discussions and extensive networking time for delegates to meet face to face again with potential business partners. In the afternoon, Miro Parizek, principal partner, and founder at Hampleton, the international M&A and corporate finance advisory firm, will share his insight in a keynote titled: “Building Value in your Business.”

Shortly after that, attendees will be treated to presentations delivered by three top experts, including Ross Goodburn, channel development manager from eSentire, Mor Mordchaai, partnership director of global markets for Caab, and Mike Wilde, channel development manager at Datto. We will then hear from various experts discussing the topic of remote working and whether it is becoming the new norm in a panel debate titled: “Flexible Working the New Normal.”

To round off the day, there will be two back-to-back panel discussions exploring a range of topics on the backdrop of the rising uncertainty brought to the fore by the war in Ukraine, post-Covid health issues, worldwide shortages of materials and rising energy prices. First, we will hear the voices of various experts discussing whether companies around Europe should have specialised knowledge and a thorough understanding of their client’s industry and the latest trends, technologies, regulations and standards to support them.

The final panel session, “The Big Debate: Finding your USP”, focuses on how Europe’s MSPs can differentiate themselves and create their own USP. Made up of both delegates and sponsors,

confirmed panellists include Sander van Dongen of Itum Solutions B.V., Servé Bunnick from CITIC Telecom CPC and Johan Bakker of MSP Mentor.

The sponsors supporting this year’s summit include IT Glue, eSentire, Acronis, Cloudian, Duo, Kaseya, RapidFireTools, Sophos, Threatlocker, Avepoint, CaaB, Connectwise, Datto, Quest, TOPdesk, HALOPSA, Pax8, Zomentum.
