GTT Communications, a networking and security service for multinational business, has launched new features in its EnvisionDX platform aimed at enhancing the channel partner experience.

The GTT EnvisionDX platform combines global connectivity, security, and managed services in a single orchestration portal, providing a unified interface for the channel ecosystem. The latest version, developed with feedback from Technology Solution Distributors (TSDs), includes real-time configure-to-order capabilities with AI-assisted data validation and automation.

The modernised partner experience seeks to address common challenges partners encounter during the quoting process. Previously, issues such as incomplete data, limited visibility of options by site, and quote status constraints resulted in delayed sales, reduced productivity, and hindered revenues.

Intended Capabilities and Features:

  • Self-service configuration and on-demand quoting streamline the order process by enabling partners to generate accurate quotes for single or multi-site deployments.
  • GenAI-powered address validation ensures precise, real-time, multi-site location data.
  • The platform offers an integrated experience for channel partners and GTT's sales teams, promoting collaboration.
  • Enhanced quote visibility with real-time status insights from proposal to adjustment minimises reliance on manual follow-ups.
  • Flexible collaboration options enable TSDs and Trusted Advisors (TAs) to directly manage quotes and orders, requesting additional support from GTT when necessary.

Beyond these features, the platform aims for creation of new networks, additional site integration, secure SSO, two-factor authentication, and an API-first design for partners to embed EnvisionDX features into their own tools.

GTT's channel programme, launched in 2025, aims to strengthen this initiative further. The programme, leveraging GTT’s global IP backbone network, facilitates collaboration through investment and execution. It has seen a 20% increase in the channel funnel and a 15% year-on-year growth in net sales.

Departing from restrictive legacy models, GTT aims to offer its partners multiple transaction routes, circumventing blocked accounts, facilitating co-selling, and providing transparent commission structures. Partners also seek to gain benefits from direct access to senior leadership, impact on product roadmaps, and commission resolutions.

As the technology services distributor community grows globally, the revamped GTT EnvisionDX offers an expedited method to configure, price, and quote for customers worldwide. Coupled with AI deployments, this platform aims to enhance the visibility and service experience for channel partners and customers.
