In a move to strengthen its partner ecosystem, Evolve IP brought together its UK and Dutch partners in Rotterdam. The event focused on collaboration and connectivity across the UK, the Netherlands, Europe, and the USA.
Held at Evolve IP's Rotterdam office on 28 May, the event provided a forum for Dutch partners, technology vendors, and Evolve IP representatives to exchange insights, discuss recent developments, and strengthen channel partnerships.
The event forms part of Evolve IP's efforts to connect its UK partner network with its European partner community. Through partner enablement, technical sessions, and commercial discussions, the company aims to support partners in sharing knowledge, exploring opportunities, and improving customer outcomes.
Opening the event, Managing Director Paul Harrison outlined Evolve IP's growth strategy and discussed the importance of connecting partner ecosystems across different markets.
Attendees also heard a presentation from Talkdesk, which focused on developments in customer experience (CX) technology. The session explored how emerging CX tools can be used to support customer service and expand service offerings.
The agenda included breakout sessions led by technology partners Akixi, Dubber, and Snom. These sessions provided information on solutions within the Evolve IP ecosystem and discussed ways partners could broaden customer conversations, develop their offerings, and identify additional revenue opportunities.
Solution Consultant Dee Patel also led a session on the development of the Evolve IP Anywhere Portal. The discussion covered customer requirements, platform development, and planned future enhancements, while providing partners with an opportunity to share feedback on the platform and partner experience.
The Rotterdam Partner Session focused on encouraging interaction between partners across different markets. In addition to product updates, the event aimed to strengthen relationships between the UK and Dutch channel communities and encourage collaboration.
Joran Klarenbeek, Country Manager at Evolve IP, said: “Our Partner Sessions are designed to bring people together. They give partners the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and market developments, but they also create space for the conversations that help us grow together. The engagement we saw throughout the day in Rotterdam was fantastic, and it was great to see partners, vendors and the Evolve IP team sharing ideas so openly.
As we continue to grow across the UK, Netherlands and wider European market, these sessions play an important role in connecting our partner communities, sharing best practice and helping partners identify new opportunities for their customers.”
The programme also included networking opportunities, with partners and vendors meeting over lunch to exchange ideas, discuss industry trends, and explore potential business opportunities.
The day concluded with a Formula 1 racing simulator experience at RaceSquare Rotterdam, followed by a buffet dinner and an awards ceremony, providing further opportunities for informal networking between partners and vendors.
Paul Harrison, Managing Director at Evolve IP, said: “Our Partner Sessions continue to provide an invaluable platform for sharing knowledge, strengthening relationships and helping partners uncover new opportunities for growth. What made Rotterdam particularly important was the clear sense of connection between local partner needs and our wider partner strategy across the UK and Europe.
By bringing partners together in this way, we can share insight across markets, learn from different customer environments and continue building a stronger, more collaborative channel community. That is essential as partners look to deliver more integrated, customer focused communications and collaboration solutions.”
The Rotterdam Partner Session is part of Evolve IP's ongoing Partner Sessions programme, which is scheduled to continue throughout 2026 across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
