Kelly Morgan joins KnowBe4 as Chief Customer Officer

This appointment occurs amidst KnowBe4's expansion within the Human and AI Risk Management sector. Reporting to CEO Bryan Palma, Morgan will focus on delivering an outcomes-driven experience, underlining measurable risk reduction and long-term customer value.

Morgan's experience is extensive, previously serving as Chief Customer Officer at DocuSign, and holding similar roles at both Sykes and his own consultancy, Seven Two Seven. His expertise in building high-performing global teams and enhancing profitability will be crucial as KnowBe4 progresses into its subsequent phase.

The newly appointed executive aims to support customers in reducing human and AI-driven risks while enhancing the platform's value. This move helps demonstrate KnowBe4's dedication to offering a value-centric customer experience as it continues to innovate in cybersecurity training for both humans and AI agents.

KnowBe4 seeks to provide a comprehensive Human Risk Management platform, which combines awareness training, cloud email security, and AI Defence Agents, fostering a reliable security culture globally.

With Morgan's support, KnowBe4 aims to place greater emphasis on customer outcomes and continue developing its services for organisations addressing evolving cyber threats.
