Red Hat's new digital sovereignty tool: a step towards control

Red Hat, a provider of open-source software solutions, has launched a tool designed to evaluate an organisation's digital control and sovereignty. The Digital Sovereignty Readiness Assessment tool is intended to provide businesses with a baseline view of their digital autonomy.

The tool assesses seven domains, including Technical Sovereignty, Open Source Awareness, and Executive Oversight. After completing the assessment, organisations receive a maturity score along with a roadmap outlining potential improvement actions and questions intended to engage relevant stakeholders.
