SnapLogic introduces AI integration platform enhancements

SnapLogic has introduced platform enhancements designed to connect AI with enterprise workflows, supporting the transition of AI from experimentation to production use.

SnapLogic has launched two capabilities, AI Gateway and Trusted Agent Identity, as part of its Agentic Integration Platform. These updates are designed to support the integration of AI into enterprise workflows across areas including connectivity, orchestration, and governance.

As AI adoption increases, organisations often face challenges in moving from pilot projects to production use, with execution identified as a common constraint despite access to multiple AI models.

SnapLogic’s platform is designed to enable orchestration of AI across different systems and agents regardless of origin. It provides support for models including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock, aiming to deliver a consistent experience without requiring model-specific adjustments.

The platform also enables enterprise integrations to be used as tools by AI agents. The OpenAPI Function Generator converts API specifications into usable capabilities without requiring coding. More than 1,000 connectors across systems such as ERP and CRM are available as agent-ready tools.

For governance, SnapLogic has introduced AI Gateway, which provides centralised authentication for AI interactions, and Trusted Agent Identity, which aims to ensure AI agents operate using individual user permissions rather than shared accounts.

Capabilities include:

  • End-to-end AI workflow observability
  • Pipeline traceability
  • Governance across data, APIs, and agent interactions

The AI Gateway also provides monitoring of AI activity, while Trusted Agent Identity ensures actions are tied to individual user credentials.

SnapLogic’s AI assistant, SnapGPT, supports workflow development with features including Plan Mode for pre-validation of workflows and Preview Data Insights for data quality assessment.

The platform updates are positioned to support organisations in moving from pilot AI use cases to production deployments across enterprise environments.
