Mendix unveils Mendix10

Mendix 10 prepares enterprises for composability, the next big wave of change coming to delivery of digital solutions.

Mendix announces the general availability of the latest platform update Mendix 10. It will empower  organisations to meet the unprecedented demand for software by enabling shifts in enterprise-wide digital solution delivery. 

 

Mendix 10 includes powerful and innovative features such as AI and machine learning capabilities, new tools to foster business-IT collaboration, a streamlined developer experience, an expansion of cloud deployment options, and a modern approach to governance and control.

Mendix 10 enables organizations to approach heady topics like composability with a practical and accessible toolset and an ecosystem of expertise.”  

 

Key highlights of Mendix10:

Collaboration and productivity enhancements: The intuitive low-code integrated development environment (IDE) in Mendix10 offers features such as version control, data filters, rich properties promoting cross business-IT collaboration and enhance productivity.

AI and ML advancements: Mendix Assist introduces generative guidance, while  ML Kit enables developers to deploy their own ML models. Together, these capabilities optimise developer productivity and software quality, and the data is actionable.

Composable enterprise support: Mendix10 offers Solution Kit enables customisation and extension of applications, while Mendix Connect provides easy access to data and services

Multi-cloud capabilities: Mendix10 offers implementation of Webhooks, which enables DevOp professionals to seamlessly integrate with existing CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, Mendix will also offer self-service management of cloud resources and multi-region cloud failover to support secure cloud deployment.

Governance and control: Reimagined governance will better support composable architecture and larger portfolios of deployed applications.
