The acquisition enhances ITGL clients' cybersecurity and managed service capabilities for their intricate network and cloud infrastructures.
For Conscia, this move marks its debut in the UK and Ireland, expanding its presence beyond its Danish headquarters. Conscia, also a Cisco Gold Partner, serves over 1,000 customers across six countries, including major Nordic banks and Dutch hospitals.
With offices in Portsmouth and Oxford, ITGL's team of 70 experts brings extensive experience in collaboration, networking, and cybersecurity across the UK and Ireland. This complements Conscia's focus on complex network, data centre, cloud, IoT, and mobility solutions.
