Vertiv Holdings Co, recognised globally for its expertise in critical digital infrastructure, has broadened its technological suite by acquiring Waylay NV, a Belgian frontrunner in hyperautomation and generative AI platforms. This acquisition is pivotal in Vertiv's strategy to deepen its investment in AI-driven monitoring and control technologies specifically tailored for power and cooling systems.

The acquisition comes at a time when AI applications are skyrocketing, driving an insatiable demand for sophisticated, adaptive infrastructure in data centres.
