Boomi has introduced new capabilities in its Enterprise Platform, focusing on delivering data activation that integrates across systems and processes. These enhancements support a range of applications, from Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Business Intelligence (BI), by ensuring data is delivered in the appropriate context and at the right time.

A key aspect of Boomi's latest updates is the integration of semantic context, enabling AI agents to operate based on real-world business data. The enhancements include expanded, governed SAP data transfer using change data capture, improved transparency across agent workflows, and the introduction of a European platform instance designed to meet local data governance requirements.

The Boomi Meta Hub provides a unified source of truth by building on Boomi's expertise in data management and enterprise connectivity. It extends trusted data context across the AI ecosystem, aligning enterprise data standards to ensure AI agents and human operators work from consistent information.

As part of its EU Sovereign Cloud expansion, Boomi has launched a European platform instance. This region-specific deployment ensures that customer data and execution processes comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), enhancing resilience and supporting automation in regulated environments.

The new Boomi for SAP Data Connector provides real-time data extraction, making SAP datasets accessible without the need for custom development. By managing multi-table ingestion and change data capture, this functionality facilitates timely data flow into cloud platforms, supporting AI, analytics, and cross-platform automation.

Transparency in AI-driven workflows is provided through agentic intelligence oversight tools. Updates to governance for Snowflake Cortex Agents within the Boomi Agentstudio Agent Control Tower, together with session logs, offer detailed visibility into workflows. Organisations gain insight into agent usage, turning AI processes from opaque tasks into auditable, production-ready operations.

AI Agent Recommendations delivers tailored integration guidance to help organisations move from experimental projects to enterprise-scale automation efficiently. By providing established design patterns, it supports coordinated, governed actions across human and AI agents.

These enhancements enable a transition from isolated automation to coordinated, governed workflows, allowing businesses to implement AI-driven processes with confidence. The Boomi Enterprise Platform continues to support organisations in managing complexity, emphasising accuracy and governance by integrating consistent metadata into agent decision-making.

By unifying integration, data management, and governance of agentic workflows, Boomi enables organisations to use data more responsibly, providing a foundation for analytics and AI adoption across multiple sectors.
