Tata Consultancy Services extends partnership with Marks & Spencer

Tata Consultancy Services has renewed its partnership with Marks & Spencer to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, including the use of AI and other technologies aimed at improving retail operations and customer experience.

Tata Consultancy Services has announced the renewal of its multi-year partnership with Marks & Spencer, extending a relationship that has lasted more than a decade. Under the agreement, TCS will continue to act as M&S’s technology partner as the retailer progresses its transition toward an omnichannel, data-driven operating model supported by modern technologies.
