Kaseya reveals MSP success ecosystem to empower IT providers

Kaseya has launched MSP Success, a platform designed to support managed service providers (MSPs) through tools and resources focused on marketing, peer collaboration, and community growth for managed service providers.

Kaseya has introduced an initiative called MSP Success aimed at supporting managed service providers (MSPs) in areas including growth, marketing, and community engagement. The programme brings together digital marketing support, peer collaboration, and community resources intended to help MSPs develop and scale their businesses.

The initiative is led by Dan Tomaszewski, Executive Vice President of Channel, with contributions from Greg Jones, Senior Vice President of MSP Success EMEA, and Mike Stodola, Vice President of Marketing Enablement Strategy. It is supported by a global team of around 140 people with experience in MSP trends and community-focused programmes.

A central element of the initiative is MSP Success Digital Marketing. This platform is designed to address challenges MSPs face in customer acquisition. According to the 2026 Kaseya State of the MSP Report, 71% of MSPs reported difficulties in gaining new customers.

The digital marketing offering includes services such as websites designed for conversion, search and answer engine optimisation (SEO/AEO), content marketing, email and social media campaign tools, reputation management, analytics, and lead capture systems.

MSPs are offered two main options: Express and Pro. Express focuses on establishing a digital presence and improving visibility, while Pro builds on this with additional automation and strategic tools intended to support conversion and growth outcomes.

Alongside the marketing component, Kaseya has combined its peer programmes, TruMethods Peer and Technology Marketing Toolkit, into MSP Success Peer. This structure is intended to support collaboration and knowledge-sharing among MSPs.

The peer programme includes quarterly in-person meetings across North America, EMEA, and APAC, along with online sessions between meetings. Jay Dixon has been appointed Director of MSP Success Peer Education, with prior experience within the peer programme.

In addition, MSPsuccess.com has been launched as a learning platform designed to provide resources for MSPs focused on growth, profitability, and operational improvement.
