Currently expected to be available winter of 2015, Infor CloudSuite HCM builds upon Infor’s offerings available on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and connects business and talent objectives with one solution from a single vendor, and delivers a more modern set of cloud-based solutions for human capital management, driven by science which can help optimise workforce decisions.

Infor CloudSuite HCM combines broad capabilities from a single vendor with science for predictive decisions and deployment flexibility to match business and technology strategy.  Users are able to target key business performance metrics with workforce optimization tools that can help empower employees and managers to make more tightly aligned talent decisions.

Through elimination of disparate HR technology platforms, from multiple vendors, Infor CloudSuite HCM customers can streamline employee workflows to help drive adoption, compliance and productivity. In addition, organisations can utilise a full range of talent applications from a single vendor to interconnect workforce data in more meaningful ways. With Infor CloudSuite HCM, information from talent acquisition to onboarding to coaching to learning and succession can help drive workplace culture, business performance and leadership development.

Infor CloudSuite HCM can help provide customers with costs savings by simplifying human capital management technology platforms by minimizing on premise software, mission critical hardware, disaster recovery overhead, maintenance expense, and disruptive upgrades. This cloud platform and pre-built integration is meant to keep up with workforce needs and help minimise the load on the internal customer resources – allowing for more rapid deployment of functionality and simplified implementation process.

“Being able to find and retain talent and engage the workforce in order to create talent agility to respond to business opportunities is top of mind for key decision makers around the globe,” said Charles Cagle, senior vice president, Infor. “With Infor CloudSuite HCM, organisations benefit from science driven talent processes that power strategic and operational talent decisions and provide a high return on a key business driver - the people that power the business.”
